Dave Gill, Senior Vice-President, Equities

As Senior Vice-President, Equities for GLC Asset Management Group Ltd. within the London Capital Management division, Dave Gill oversees London Capitalís equity portfolio management, analyst and research teams Ė a position he has held since 2008. Dave co-manages London Capital's core Canadian equity mandate which includes the London Life Canadian Equity Fund (LC) Ėthe largest segregated fund in Canada within the Canadian Equity category*.

Since joining London Capital in 2003, Daveís portfolio management responsibilities have spanned Canadian, US, and global sector-focused equity mandates, as well as asset mix oversight for London Capitalís balanced funds. Dave has contributed to the enhancement of London Capitalís quantitative-based investment process and to new product development, including the recently-launched London Capital Low Volatility mandate.

Dave brings over 20 years of industry experience to the table, he is a CFA charterholder, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Ryan Marcy, Vice-President, Equities

As Vice President, Equities for GLC Asset Management Group Ltd. within the London Capital Management investment division, Ryan Marcy co-manages London Capital's core Canadian equity mandate, which includes the London Life Canadian Equity Fund (LC) Ėthe largest segregated fund in Canada within the Canadian Equity category*. Ryanís portfolio management responsibilities have increased over the years and in addition to over ten years of focus on London Capitalís core Canadian equity mandate, Ryan has managed a number of North American equity mandates. As a key member of the London Capital Management investment team, Ryan has been actively involved in developing both fundamental and proprietary quantitative analysis models covering a variety of sectors and mandates.

Prior to joining London Capital in 2004 as an equity analyst, Ryan gained investment management and financial analysis experience working for several large financial institutions.

Ryan completed an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University and graduated from the Wilfrid Laurier University MBA program. Ryan is a CFA charterholder.

Robert Lee, Vice-President, Equities

As Vice-President, Equities for GLC Asset Management Group Ltd. within the London Capital Management division, Robert Lee co-manages the London Capital core U.S. equity mandate, London Capital U.S. value mandate, Canadian Low Volatility mandate and global sector mandates (Global Infrastructure Equities and Global Real Estate Equities). Since joining London Capital in 2007 as an equity analyst, Robertís portfolio management responsibilities have increased over the years, including developing fundamental factor models to analyze and value companies in a variety of sectors and building proprietary quantitative models to support a number of London Capital's equity mandates.

Robertís industry experience prior to joining London Capital includes corporate finance, risk management and equity fundamental research for a commodity firm.

Robert completed an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business MBA program. Robert is a CFA charterholder.

Pei Li, Manager, Equities

As Manager, Equities for GLC Asset Management Group Ltd. within the London Capital Management division, Pei Li is co-manager of London Capitalís Global Real Estate, Global Infrastructure, Canadian Low Volatility and US Value mandates.

Prior to joining GLC in 2015, Pei was actively involved in quantitative investing for one of Canadaís largest institutional investment managers in Alberta. Peiís in-depth experience, which includes supporting quantitative factor portfolios, and his extensive technological expertise in programming and statistical modeling complement London Capitalís proprietary quantitatively driven investment processĖ a process which designed to identify, select and invest in the securities of companies with the optimal blend of desirable industry and purpose-driven factors.

Pei started his career in 2006 at a large financial institution specializing in investment risk management technology, in both the treasury area and the global derivatives area. During his time there he developed an in-depth understanding of harnessing technology to optimize investment risks and returns. His work included integrating new option pricing models, enhancing trading platforms and managing pricing and risk databases for equities, commodities, fixed income and foreign exchange derivatives.

Pei is a CFA Charterholder. He received his Master of Mathematics (Statistics-Finance) from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Science in Pure Mathematics from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.
